This Privacy Policy describes how Eugenia Katherine Wang, a sole proprietor operating a small rental real-estate business, collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with rental-property and vendor communications, including SMS and MMS messages.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, lease-related information, vendor contact details, service request details, appointment information, and other information you provide during a tenant or vendor relationship.

- communicate about leases, tenancy, and property operations;
- coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and access;
- schedule and confirm appointments with tenants and vendors;
- follow up on service requests, invoices, and property issues;
- maintain records related to rental and vendor relationships.
SMS Messaging
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, except with the messaging service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

How Consent Works
SMS/MMS consent is optional and is never required to rent a property, sign or renew a lease, receive maintenance, or obtain any service. Tenants, vendors, and others opt in voluntarily only by submitting the optional opt-in form. A signed lease is not a text-message opt-in. Messages are limited to lease, maintenance, access, scheduling, service, invoice, payment, and related property matters, and are not used for marketing blasts or promotional campaigns. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support messaging, scheduling, maintenance coordination, document storage, bookkeeping, or other operational functions, but only as reasonably necessary to run these services.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
