Operator REI Messaging

Lease-Based SMS Consent

Effective date: June 22, 2026

This page documents how tenants consent to receive one-to-one rental-property operational SMS/MMS messages and calls from Eugenia Wang / Operator REI Messaging.

Primary Consent Workflow

Lease Consent Clause

Tenant consents to receive calls, voicemail, email, and text messages (SMS) from Landlord, Property Manager, or their representatives at the phone number(s) and email address(es) Tenant provides or later updates in writing. Tenant is responsible for keeping current phone numbers and email addresses on file.

These communications may include rent reminders, courtesy delinquency reminders, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, scheduling, entry coordination, document requests, account updates, safety alerts, and other communications reasonably related to the lease, the Premises, or property management operations.

Tenant understands some communications may be sent using automated technology to the extent permitted by law. Text messages are courtesy operational communications only and do not replace any notice method required by the Lease or by law.

Tenant may opt out of non-essential recurring text messages at any time. Landlord may still send operational, safety, scheduling, account, and other legally permitted communications as needed.
