SMS Opt-In & Consent
Effective date: July 13, 2026
Eugenia Katherine Wang, a sole proprietor operating a small rental real-estate business, sends one-to-one SMS/MMS text messages to tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, and service providers about property matters. This page describes how you give permission to receive those texts.
Text-message consent is optional and is never required to receive any service. You are not required to agree to text messages in order to rent a property, sign or renew a lease, request maintenance, schedule service, or complete any transaction. You may decline SMS and still receive every service by phone call, email, or mail. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.
You May Skip This Entirely
Nothing on this page or on the enrollment form is required. The enrollment form has no required fields. Its first question offers an explicit “No thanks — skip SMS” answer, and the consent checkbox is unchecked by default and may be left unchecked. You may decline messaging by choosing that answer, by submitting the form blank, by closing the form without submitting, or by never opening it at all. Every one of those choices leaves every service you receive completely unaffected, and none of them blocks access to any content, account, or transaction.
Opt In Online (Optional)
If you would like to receive operational text messages, you can opt in using the form below. This form is entirely voluntary.
The secure enrollment form is separate from this information page. You do not need to open or submit it to receive any rental or property service.
Open secure optional SMS opt-in formThe secure form has no required fields. It asks whether you want text messages and offers an explicit skip answer; if you choose to opt in, it records an actively selected, unchecked-by-default consent choice with the mobile number you provide. Declining, or choosing not to submit the form, means you will not be enrolled in text messages and does not affect any service.
This public online form is the only way to enroll in this messaging program. A signed lease is not a text-message opt-in. Tenants who sign a lease are not enrolled in SMS by doing so.

This is not marketing and not promotional blasts.
