These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Eugenia Katherine Wang, a sole proprietor operating a small rental real-estate business, in connection with rental-property and vendor communications.

Program Description

Messages may include leasing coordination, tenant updates, maintenance notices, vendor scheduling, service request follow-up, appointment reminders, invoice or payment follow-up, and other property-related operational communications.

Opt-In

Text-message consent is optional and is never required to rent a property, sign or renew a lease, receive maintenance, or obtain any service. Tenants, vendors, and others opt in voluntarily only by submitting the optional online opt-in form. A signed lease is not a text-message opt-in. This messaging program is not used for marketing blasts or promotional campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this messaging program unless you opt in again.
